Call for Proposals: Presentations, Workshops, and Panel Discussions

The Organizing Committee of the International Conference on Global Health and Climate (ICGHC 2026) invites Call for Paper and Call for Proposal submissions for presentations, workshops, and panel discussions exploring the critical intersection of global health and climate change.

As the world faces escalating environmental challenges and their impacts on human health, this conference aims to foster innovative dialogue, knowledge exchange, and practical collaboration among professionals, researchers, policymakers, and students working to build a more resilient and sustainable future.

Presentation Proposals

Do you have expertise, research, or experience at the intersection of health and climate? We invite you to share your insights, findings, and innovative solutions through an engaging presentation as part of our Call for Paper submission process.

Presentations should be informative, solution-oriented, and aligned with the conference’s central themes. Suggested topics include (but are not limited to):

  • Health impacts of climate change
  • Climate-induced health risks and disease spread
  • Building resilient health systems
  • Integrating climate action into public health policy
  • Sustainable urban development and community health.

Workshop Proposals

We are seeking interactive workshop proposals that provide participants with practical tools, skills, and strategies to address climate-related health challenges. Workshops should emphasize collaboration, hands-on engagement, and real-world applications.

Suggested workshop themes include:

  • Adapting health systems to climate change
  • Climate-smart health innovations and technologies
  • Promoting health equity in the face of climate disruption
  • Engaging communities for climate-resilient health solutions.

Panel Discussion Proposals

We welcome panel discussion proposals that bring together diverse voices — including experts, policymakers, and practitioners — to address urgent issues and foster dialogue. Panels should promote multiple perspectives, critical debate, and active audience engagement.

Potential panel topics include:

  • Global health policy and climate adaptation
  • Public–private partnerships for climate and health solutions
  • Addressing climate-driven health disparities
  • The future of health in a low-carbon world

Student and Emerging Researcher Contributions

The conference warmly welcomes Call for Paper submissions from students and emerging researchers engaged in projects or studies related to global health, climate change, or sustainable development.

We invite submissions that showcase innovative research, fieldwork findings, case studies, or community-based initiatives that contribute to understanding and addressing climate–health challenges.

Submissions may include:

  • Research based on undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate studies
  • Evaluations of student-led or institutional projects
  • Policy analyses or innovation concepts aligned with the conference themes

Proposals should demonstrate a clear purpose, methodological soundness, and relevance to the conference goals.

Note: Accepted student presenters must complete conference registration to confirm participation and inclusion in the final program.

Submission Guidelines

Each proposal should include a detailed overview, objectives, target audience, and format. For panels, please list proposed keynote speakers or panelists (if applicable). Specify any audiovisual or technical requirements for your session. All presenters, facilitators, and panelists must be registered conference participants. Proposals must be submitted by December 31, 2025, via email to registration@icghc.org. Clearly explain how your Call for Proposal aligns with the conference’s themes and objectives.

Selection Process

All submissions will be reviewed by the Conference Review Committee based on relevance, originality, clarity, and potential contribution to the program.

Accepted presenters, facilitators, and panelists will be notified by February 10, 2026, and will receive further instructions regarding presentation format and scheduling.
